Mechanical installation

Excel Mechanical Contractors, LLC was hired by Germfree Laboratories to assist with the design and complete installation of the mechanical, plumbing, and medical gas systems supporting (6) modular clean rooms to be used by the National Institute of Health for cell and tissue research. The project included translating contract diagrams into an installation plan and drawings, completing an extensive submittal process, completing a BIM 360 model and participating in coordination meetings, providing system design input and suggestions for modifications, and installation, testing, and commissioning support.
