Excel utilized BIM coordination and pre-fabrication to hit tight schedule targets, allowing for efficient and accurate installation. This allowed the team to stay on schedule while managing two locations simultaneously. Excel's team demonstrated their collaborative approach by working with the customer and suppliers to complete the project on-time despite equipment delays.
