The Challenge
Project challenges included working in an existing and active space, with high level of security control and noise restrictions.
The Solution
Excel's MEP teams worked professionally and safely in the space, containing noise generating work to off hours. Established escort procedures to allow for quick and secure building access.

The Team's Take
Excel's team completed the 4 floor renovation efficiently and professionally. Throughout the project the team dealt with site challenges, but handled these by working collaboratively with the customer. Ultimately this project was a success for Excel and NRC, resulting in the award of subsequent facilities support contracts.
