Excel Mechanical Contractors, LLC was contracted to perform the refrigeration system install for a new Patel Brother’s grocery store in Maryland. This included the installation of a Hussman Rack System, refrigerated cases, a walk-in cooler, a walk-in freezer, and all associated controls, piping, insulation, and electrical.

Scope of Work

Install Hussman Rack System, with roof mounted condenser and protocol units, install 21 refrigerated cases, build and install 1 walk-in cooler with evaporators, and build and install 1 walk-in freezer with evaporators. Install all piping, insulation, controls, and electrical. Perform leak check, startup, and commissioning.
