The Challenge
Challenges included working in an active production facility. Other challenges included working in crowded mechanical rooms where pipe routing became challenging due to existing conditions.
The Solution
Excel's team worked professionally with site management and production staff to coordinate work areas, and ensure construction did not impact the production team. Work in production areas was performed after hours to limit disruption. Excel's team utilized accurate layout and pre-fabrication to more efficiently work through complex piping areas, and expert pipe fitting knowledge to deal with congested conditions.
